More research extolling the virtues of Mindfulness
Just a quick post today as I’ve been busy (almost frantic, but not quite!) dealing with media enquiries about the book….
Quite a lot of scientific work has been published over the past few hours about the benefits of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for a variety of conditions. It seems Mindfulness is good for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) http://bit.ly/kO0YiK
Other research shows (not unexpectedly) that it’s great for anxiety and depression as well. http://bit.ly/jPIlMj Although we already knew this, it’s all grist to the mill.
